NetPrisma collects data from you, through our interactions with you and through our products. You provide some of this data directly, and we get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use, and experiences with our products. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with NetPrisma and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. We also obtain data about you from third parties.
You have choices when it comes to the technology you use and the data you share. When we ask you to provide personal data, you can decline. Many of our products require some personal data to provide you with a service. If you choose not to provide data -required to provide you with a product or feature, you cannot use that product or feature. Likewise, where we need to collect personal data by law or to enter into or carry out a contract with you, and you do not provide the data, we will not be able to enter into the contract; or if this relates to an existing product you are using, we may have to suspend or cancel it. We will notify you if this is the case at the time. Where providing the data is optional, and you choose not to share personal data, features like personalization that use such data will not work for you.

Personal data collected by NetPrisma may be stored and processed in your region, in the United States, and in any other jurisdiction where NetPrisma or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers operate facilities.
If you have a question or complaint related to participation by NetPrisma in the data privacy policy, we encourage you to contact us via our web form. For any complaints related to the DPF Frameworks that NetPrisma cannot resolve directly, we have chosen to co-operate with the relevant EU Data Protection Authority, or a panel established by the European data protection authorities, for resolving disputes with EU individuals.
If you are a U.S. resident, we process your personal data in accordance with applicable U.S. state data privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This section of our privacy statement contains information required by the CCPA and other U.S. state data privacy laws and supplements our privacy statement.
We retain personal information for such period as is necessary for the purposes for which the information is collected as described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable laws. After the purpose of collecting personal information is completed, or after we confirm your application for information deletion and account cancellation or after a product or service terminates its operation, we will stop retaining personal information and delete or anonymize it.
At NetPrisma, we respect your ability to know, access, correct, transfer, restrict the processing of, and delete your personal data. We have provided these rights to our global customer base and if you choose to exercise these privacy rights, you have the right not to be treated in a discriminatory way nor to receive a lesser degree of service from Netprisma. Where you are requested to consent to the processing of your personal data by NetPrisma, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Access your personal information Account information: If you want to access or edit your profile information in your account, update your password and more, you can access your information by visiting the settings after you log in to your account. For the personal information generated during your use of our products or services, if you need it, you can contact us.
NetPrisma products and offerings connect you to the world. To make that possible, your personal data may be transferred to or accessed by entities around the world, including NetPrisma-affiliated companies, to perform processing activities such as those described in this Privacy Policy in connection with your use of our products and services. NetPrisma complies with laws on the transfer of personal data between countries to help ensure your data is protected, wherever it may be.
NetPrisma understands the importance of safeguarding the personal data of children, which we consider to be an individual under the age of 13 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction. That is why NetPrisma has implemented additional processes and protections to help keep children’s personal data safe.
To access certain NetPrisma services, a child must have a child NetPrisma ID. A child NetPrisma ID may be created by the parent or, in the case of a Managed NetPrisma ID, by the child’s educational institution.
Parents. To create a child account, parents must review the Family Privacy Disclosure for Children, which describes how NetPrisma handles children’s personal data. If they agree, the parent must provide NetPrisma with a verifiable parental consent.

NetPrisma takes your privacy questions seriously. A dedicated team reviews your inquiry to determine how best to respond to your question or concern, including those inquiries received in response to an access or download request. In most cases, all substantive contacts receive a response within seven days. In other cases, we may require additional information or let you know that we need more time to respond.

To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise proving your identity. Generally, we will reply within 15 days. Given the complexity and number of requirements, this period may be extended for an additional 45 days if necessary.
